- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Zero customer service. Can't wait until this location goes out of business due to their employees not wanting to do their job. I had ~90 thank you cards to mail out. I asked them to be weighed since I had so many I could pay for it faster that way; jerk clerk says to me 'oh that looks like its less than an ounce' and tells me they can't be weighed. He proceeded to ask me how many stamps I needed so that obviously I could affix the stamps myself. Out of curiosity I decided to weigh the 90 cards on their scale right outside their door and (surprise!) they weighed over a pound. Do your job!! Or at least explain why you can't fulfill a customer's request. Waste of time.By Elena R, November 26, 2016
